Chelsea Tower is located on a quiet, dead-end street with a pond at the end and is surrounded by Cabin John Park, one of Montgomery County's largest parks, and other residential condominium communities. Shopping, in the form of small, neighborhood shopping centers with grocery stores, drug stores, video stores and a wide variety of smaller specialty stores, and Montgomery Mall are minutes away, with some, including Montgomery Mall, being within walking distance. There is easy access to the Beltway (I-495) and I-270, without any of the traffic noise. Although there are not many children living at Chelsea Tower, excellent public and private schools are close-by. Metrobus and ride-on service is available nearby and from Montgomery Mall. Moving into or out of Chelsea Tower is permitted only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (except holidays). No moves are permitted on Sundays or holidays. There are NO exceptions to this rule. All moves must be arranged in advance with the building manager or the front desk staff.

In 2009, condominium fees currently range between $403 and $423 per month for one-bedroom units, between $518 and $539 for two-bedroom units, and between $617 and $625 for three-bedroom/deluxe two-bedroom units. Condominium fees usually increase in January of each year. Water and sewer costs are included in the condo fees, and electricity is billed separately to each unit by PEPCO.

General matters are managed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by the Unit Owners. On a day-to-day basis, Chelsea Tower is managed by a professional management company, and has a full-time on-site manager and maintenance technician. There is a front desk in the Lobby which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Entry into the building is controlled, and an entry system in the Lobby allows residents to open the Lobby doors to visitors from their units.

Of course, life in a condominium community requires that each resident, whether owner or renter, abide by certain rules, regulations and procedures which have been adopted for the benefit and comfort of all. By choosing to live at Chelsea Tower, all unit owners and renters, their families and guests, agree to be bound by and comply with Chelsea's governing documents. Copies of these documents are provided to a prospective purchaser in a Resale Package prior to purchase, and owners are responsible for providing these documents to their renters.
